1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Clearance or final sale items

Perishable goods (if applicable)

Personal care products for hygiene reasons (if applicable)
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
4. Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, email us at click2cart50@gmail.com before returning it.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Return Shipping
